Jim came to hook up our sink after getting new countertops. We had used him before and he did good work and he was always quick and pleasant. He hooked up our sink and pushed the dishwasher back in and screwed it in telling me that he had hooked up the dishwasher. I thanked him we shook hands and parted ways. That night I tried to start the dishwasher but he had failed to hook the water up. So I hooked the water up and chalked it up to just a missed detail no biggie. The next day at work I get a call saying that the basement walls were melting. I told them to turn the water off and I would check it when I got home. I got home and pulled everything out from under the sink and found a leak in the drain in the back of the wall Jim had hooked up. I called him and he came right over. He agreed there was a leak but argued the amount of damage could not be caused by the leak in the pipe. He worked for hours and called me over to say that he had found the main problem and that was the dishwasher underneath where the water was hooked in was loose which I the homeowner never had touched so I had no idea there was a leak there. He fixed the leak in the sink but had to cut a hole in the wall and put a new hose on the dishwasher. Trying to be fair I agreed that I may have caused some of the damage but I did not know how much of it was caused by him and how much by me. We told him my father-in-law is a drywall taper and we could get it fixed relatively cheaply we would have to just charge for the paint and new walls. He asked us not to go to insurance and we agreed as long as he agreed to pay half. He agreed as long as it was less than $1000. We got the repairs done and all for $900. We told him it was finished and sent him the invoices. He said they were fake and we were trying to scam him. Flabbergasted we told him we could give him the numbers to the people who did the work but he refused and just told us the check would be in the mail. Months the check never came. I reached out again and he did eventually send a check but it was for far less than the agreed-upon amount. He again blamed us for the damage and accused us of making up fake invoices. Like really guy, you saw the damage who has the time and connections to create such an elaborate lie? Now surely he will respond to this review and say I am lying and blame me but if you look at all the negative reviews of him that is what he does to all of them. It's never his fault. So buyer beware if he makes a mistake he won't own up to it and he will blame and deny it. Sorry, that is just not good business.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. My shower mixing valve went bad I called Express Plumbing he was able to work me into his schedule and got it replaced with a new valve very quickly. He cleaned up after he was finished and price was very reasonable I would highly recommend Express Plumbing

Jim was great. He installed a new water heater in a very timely fashion and was very accurate and precise. He showed up on time and after the job was done ,explained all what he did. All in all, great experience and i definitely would use him again in the future.

They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would. I was told I need something from an inspector and Jim the owner said I did not need it and it met code. He could have just fixed it and made money but he was honest and helpful. He also added a tip kit for my stove since he was already there. Another service co. wanted to charge me $250.00. I have already recommended them to other.

We hired express plumbing to convert electric range to gas range. Plumber did a good job, we had finished basement but part of it was unfinished where the pipes were so it was easy access. Other plumbers had quoted twice the price.reasonable and quality work.

Highly recommended. Had gas leak on a Sunday. Gas company came out and turned the service off, then told me to contact a plumber to get it fixed. Nobody would come out and do the repair immediately, even those advertising 24/7 service. Jim showed up just a couple hours after contacting Express Plumbing, took a look, gave me a good price, and completed the work perfectly. When the Gas company came out to turn the service back on they even commented on the quality of the work.

They came out the next day. They charged a very good price for the install of my hot water heater and they supplied the rest of the supplies that comes with a one year warranty for labor. Cleaned up after and another company that call 30 mins after them said the price was good because they would have charge a little more.
