They are truly express service providers, Earl arrived on the same day of my call with the new water heater and everthing needed to perform a complete installation. The install took less than an hour and a half and the old heater was on the truck and the new heater was warming up for a nice hot shower in less than 2 hours after the old unit was removed. They are responsive to messages left on the phone and are really nice people.

He was very prompt. Fixed in a timely manor. He ended up having to replace the whole unit. He had all the materials and it went very smoothly. Over all I was very satisfied.

Earl Gooch was the only person who called me back and said he could come to my place within a short time. He knew what was wrong with the water heater before he came, so had the part and fixed it in a short amount of time. I know things and labor are expensive today, but that amount surprised me. Guess I haven't had to hire a plumber lately so didn't know. All in all the work was done very quickly and Earl was great at customer service. Thanks for checking.
