He did a good job as far as it went, but didn't come back to complete the job (Painting, repair, etc.)

Eric is great! We hired him to completely gut and remodel our house and have no regrets whatsoever in choosing his company to do the job. He was enthusiastically involved in the desgn and offered many options that we had never thought of along the way. He's accessible, returns phone calls, and has hit all of the deadlines for completed construction. Additionally, every aspect of the job has been within his cost estimates (labor). We couldn't fit everything we wanted to do into our budget but we'll definitely hire him do that work sometime in the future.

I hired Express to do a complete bathroom remodel. We did the demolition ourselves to save some money. From the start I liked Eric because he did not come across as a salesman. He had great ideas and brought up some issues that I had not thought of before. The first work day he brought over all of the people who would be working on the bathroom and introduced them. All of his workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. Eric came and checked things out each day and supervised what was being done. I was not there during each workday, but a stay-at-home neighbor had commented that they "always seemed to be working". As with any job there were issues that came up. (Like texturing the wall when I didn't want it textured) However, the problems were easily dealt with without any hassles. Eric and Express property service was the complete opposite. I will definitely hire them again.

Express Property Services is great! They called me as soon as they can and schedule an appointment with me. They ended up doing the job which was fast, precise and friendly. I would recommend them to my friend and family.

I can't say enough good things about Eric and Express Property Services. He actually shows up ON TIME, the work quality was excellent, and ON SCHEDULE. This is one of the most beautiful decks I have ever seen, and I would be very comfortable working with Express Property Services for any construction I needed.
