4/2/21 We are thoroughly impressed with Express Roofing and would recommend them to anyone, knowing the high-quality work they provide. They uphold extremely high standards and expect their staff to consistently comply with those standards. We solicited several quotes prior to choosing Express Roofing to replace our roof. It was easy to decide upon the vendor once we listened to Express Roofingâ s presentation. They pride themselves on their customer service, quality, and timeliness of their work. They substantiated their work with consistent reviews. The pricing was very competitive. We were given a quote, which included a thorough explanation of the entire job. All our questions were answered. It is paramount that we highlight the integrity demonstrated by this company. One example was that we wanted to use a credit card to pay for the work to take advantage of our points. They apprised us that there was a small fee to do that. While we were reviewing our alternative, the office manager knowing what we were trying to do, offered a reduction on the credit card rate which allowed us to use the credit card. Rene, Jeremy, and the team at Express Roofing were FANTASTIC! Jeremy went above and beyond throughout the planning process. He told us about homes they had done work on nearby so we could view them if we wanted to do so. Jeremy and Rene Palomino (the owner) were prompt and even provided us with additional questions we should be asking of prospective contractors. We quickly saw their expertise and knew we would receive a quality installation. We were extremely pleased with the owner, Rene. He was always available and would physically check in every day to ensure everything was being done in accordance with their standards and/or to see if we needed clarification on anything. He answered every question we had and provided an excellent explanation at the homeownerâ s level. During the actual installation process, Rene always kept us informed and provided us with daily updates. The crews showed every day in a timely manner and were courteous to us and each other. They were willing to accommodate us if we needed to put the dogs out for a quick break. They were professional and efficient. With other vendors, we have seen some employees who often didnâ t seem to be doing their share of the work. We never saw that with Express Roofing. Express Roofing packs so much value into their work. They upgraded vents and fixed a few mistakes the home builder made initially. Pictures and videos were great to see as the job was quoted, started and finished. They have used drones to fly over the house while they were working so we could see what was being done. Every step of the way, we found every employee of Express Roofing to be professional, courteous, and responsive. When they finished the job, they left our property in great shape. We canâ t recommend Express Roofing enough. They are the epitome of great customer service, quality installations, and integrity. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with. Having never had a tile roof before, they took the time to explain how it's maintained, They also showed us pictures of problems we had. My husband was amazed at the clean up that was done at the end of every work day. We made a good choice in Express Roofing.

Great new roof work done!! I called 4 Roofing companies and got bids and Express Roofing had the best price and at the end, they had the best service, turned out awesome. He has really good guys working for the company and keeps you up on the job with pictures and more, and they want you to be completely happy with the work and the price. I will use them again on other roofing projects.

Great company to work with!

This was a very smooth experience from initial appraisal to completion of work. Rene was very knowledgable, more so than the other contractors I got bids from. Jeff was very helpful answering questions and providing information each step of the way. They were on time, worked the job until finished, and kept everything cleaned up at the end of each day. The bid was comparable to others, but they did more (ventilation, chminey) than the others said. I would highly recommend them to anyone else needing roof work.

They detail oriented and that was the selling point for me. They did a great job on our roof.

They are so good with detail and follow up. They were a little more expensive than some of our other bids but they use the best materials and don't cut corners. The underlaying (beneath the tile) was the expensive part. Thank heavens we chose them. The tile was not on yet when we had the September storm of the century. The underlaying held. No leaks. We went from shingles to tile and they insisted on the engineers report. They were so right. If you chose these people, you will not be sorry!

the quality of work was the seller in my project. part of my home is a flat roof....and that was heat welded not sticky self adhesive tiles!

he was the most expensive...but more knowledgeable of what the job entailed than all the others and shows in his work. He was patient with me to explain all my questions and portrayed himself and his workers professionaly.

More expensive than some, but everything was exactly as promised. Time frame, cleanup, communication, material quality, end look, and price was exactly as quoted.

Express Roofing came through with flying colors. They took a 40 year-old roof and made it the best roof in the neighborhood. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

Rene and his whole crew were excellent and did an awesome job on our roof. Rene is a customer satisfaction expert and went above and beyond to make sure we had the roof we needed and that my wife was not only happy, but elated. The owner really sold the job right of the bat. He came up through the ranks starting off as a installer and really knows the business from top to bottom. His crew was always on time and very polite. When they were done for the day, their clean up was outstanding. The foreman, Ricardo, knew what needed to be done, therefore, so did his crew. He worked shoulder to shoulder with the crew. I highly recommend Express Roofing. They did an outstanding job.
