The customer experience was very poor as was the quality of work. Since the very beginning the excuses pilled up and the project was delayed and very little communication from the company was had. The initial person didn't arrive when a date was scheduled to begin work and I had to reach out to ask when they would begin the project as they had just left materials on the side of my driveway. After several phone calls they finally started and then more delays. After a very low quality concrete slob was finished and all the demolition materials were left behind two of my sprinklers were damaged by Michael when he drove over them with his truck. When I communicated this to Michael the response was "I am sorry". My lawn was also damaged by the material they left behind, the screen team arrived on time and did their job in one day. My daughter noticed one of their workers, long hair with a beard, and cigarette in hand peeing behind the shed, facing the direction of my neighbors home who often has their 2 year old playing in the backyard. When the construction was complete on the doors one of them doesn't close all the way because the concrete is not leveled, this door was supposed to have a doggie door and a according to Rodi, the supplier has discontinued this type of doors. In other words he sold me something that doesn't exist and now he doesn't answer my calls or texts for refund or damages as promised. He has his money and I was left with garbage to be hauled away myself at 70 years old, a wall light lamp was broken by Michael when the shed was turned down, a wall power switch broken and I don't know if it was broken by the concrete people or screen company, 3 sprinklers broken total, by Michael and the screen people as my wife witnessed this. A doggie door was $200.00 and i have yet to be reunded as initially agreed upon, Rodi doesn't answer my calls or texts as he's been paid in full. I am posting pictures of these issues as Rodi is currently refusing to respond as a professional businessman and person with integrity. He stated he's a businessman who stands by his word and has grossly misrepresented himself and falls below standards. With all the facts exposed above I just want to give potential customers insight on their possible experiences working with this comoany, because not everything is as pretty as they advertise. I will not recomend this business and will be posting to other social media platforms.

I called Express Enclosures and Shutters to request building of my pool enclosure. Rodion came out and gave me a fair estimate, explained the process and gave options on available materials. After I hired them, Rodion pulled the permit. They built my nice pool enclosure within 2 months. Me and my husband were very happy Thank you!

He is a good guy. I would work with him again!
