These guys were great! Highly recommend them, installed a hot water heater in my attic, drained and removed the old one, fixed the electrical wiring which had burned out, and replaced the outside circuit breaker which shorted out. Very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough â hire them if you can get them!!! Also, much cheaper than the HD contractor quote I received when I purchased my water heater.

They came on time after answering my after hours call. Located my my drain and checked and located the problem, and promptly fixed it . I definitely would hire them again

I had four small projects from them. The plumber came on time, went to work and finished quickly. He cleaned up afterwards and then went around to double-check each project before he left. Will hire Express Service again!

Came quickly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will hire them anytime. I had purchased a walk in tub, and the installer had told me that my demand hwh would not support it. Jason quickly made the adjustment that the installer should have known. We immediately hired them for two more jobs which they did the next day.

Usually when you hire someone to do a job like fix a faucet or do any plumbing and you don't know him, you pray that he's good and even personable. Well, don't worry, Jason West is the best. He is not only nice, but goes to work and finishes it as fast as he can. He is professional and his prices aren't inflated like some other plumbers tend to do. He also takes the time to explain why or what the problem is or was. If I have anymore plumbing to do in the future, I would not hesitate in the least to call Jason in to do it.
