DID GREAT ON MY CARPORT AND PATIO COVER. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I had custom gutters installed around an existing patio last year. Mack was easy to work with and a super nice guy, but his installer took many short cuts on the job. Understandably, it was a custom job, but some things were just done poorly. The downspout adapters were just screwed on instead of being installed from the inside of the gutters. Actually, they did not even cut the hole out, just a couple drilled holes on one of them. Most of the seams were not properly sealed, so they leaked. Lastly, instead of fixing the flashing from the house roof to the patio, they just covered over it. Overall I was definitely not pleased and tried to get some issues fixed but in the end was easier for me to just do myself. I would not recommend to anyone.

They were prompt and neat. They kept the job moving and completed it when promised

The Pooler, Ga office installed our remote controlled louvered awning 2.5 years ago and it worked great for about a month. Was supposedly repaired after 6+ months of calls/ emails, but has not opened/closed properly since then. Have received no response to calls, emails or messages, nor have they provided us any information regarding the advertised warranty coverage.

They did a horrible job; leaks, torrential water leaks, ruined furniture. I'm filing a lawsuit or their insurance must pay, Ruined my roof, won't take responsibility, home office ignored me. Awful mess. Kept sending incompetent tradesmen. Don't go there.

I have a beautiful screen porch. My neighbors admire it. The work was a bit slow but the porch held up through the unexpected winter snow. I was told the workmanship would hold up during a hurricane and I can see that it would. They workers were willing to make modifications on request. This company is worth the investment for beautiful additions to your home.

They did not install any drain, so we have a pool when it rains. Called them multiple times and got no results. At this stage it is an $8000 waste of money that I will have to fix with another company

Very professional and honest. I have been looking around for about an year to get an awning installed. Found the right crew. These guys are awesome and their work speaks for itself.
