guys showed up and completed job as agreed. It was a decent job. They were fast and efficient in the task of staining my fence. Knew what they were doing. I would use them again. This service is so much better (and cheaper) than Angies list. This service is Really handy as its hard to get quality service from the more established local companies.

Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
We had some damage to the siding on our house following a recent wind storm. Mr. Patrick and his team provided a high quality repair; he was able to match the paint color and blend the repair right into the rest of the house. He worked his schedule around our needs and did a great job.

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
We received quality work in a very reasonable time. We will absolutely contact Mr. Patrick for any further work. Wonderful person to work with on a project. ***Hired Mr. Patrick again on 2/01/2016 to fix our roof, which was leaking just above the front porch. He repaired the roof, with an employee, a young lady who Mr. Patrick said was a prior roofer. The house was on the market to sell, so it was imperative that the job be done correctly. On 4/20/2016, a home inspector did a home inspection and pointed out that the roof repair was a terrible job and had to be re-done to sell the home. An Oak Harbor licensed roofing company was hired to remove all that Mr. Patrick had repaired, and fix the roof correctly. They too, said it was the worst repair job they had ever seen. We had to pay to have Mr. Patrickâs work stripped off and the repair done correctly. I called Mr. Patrick to see if we could get some type of refund to help pay for re-doing his work. He told me that he did his best and that was that, end of conversation. I left another message a few days later and he has never returned my call. We liked and trusted this man. Beware!

"In this case on multiple occasions the home owners, were informed they were looking at a no win situation, we had no budget to work with and no time to complete, they had a scheduled inspection and rotten roof underlayment on roughly 20 percent of the front of their older manufactured home and so we encouraged them before starting to pursue the roofer that previously did a lay over new roofing a few years back as this clearly was the reason that it had failed. They insisted we do a quick patch and so we removed a small portion to investigate the damage and it had consumed the roof back to the rafters and portions of those rafters were soft and slimy as well. So liking these folks as much as we did for roughly enough money for gas and food we volunteered our time to help, we spent three days doing the replacement patch on a basically dilapidated building. After a few weeks we were contacted about a refund as they got the news the house wouldn't pass to no surprise of our own and as I had repeated on a few different occasions there was no money to refund as one we made no money to help and we were not the reason the house failed, although we were very sympathetic to their situation there is nothing we can do. The moral to this story for any contractor is I think you can't win them all. And when money is tough expect folks to lash out at anyone around them regardless of your intentions."

They did a really good job at painting our house, even though we plagued by bad weather at every turn. They kept coming back to ensure I got a high quality professional job. I would recommend them and this service to anyone.
