We received an estimate from the owner of this company, and when it was time for him to do the job, he completely changed the labor to a higher price. He was so unprofessional and this is not the way to run a successful business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I scheduled 2 contractors for estimates on tree and shrub work. Only Express Trees showed up; and, were willing to begin the work immediately! They were unable to complete the work that afternoon, but came back, as promised, and finished the job. Jason was friendly, and focused on making sure they did what I needed and that the work met my expectations.

I DO NOT recommend anybody hire this company. We are still waiting for more than 3+ weeks for them to come and complete the job. We have dealt with many business owners that we have hired via HomeAdvisor and have been very satisfied with the services we received but this was a serious disappointment.

Rip off artist, was told one thing, at a set price came a week late, and charged almost the complete price for two stumps being ground, than tried to sweet talk his way out by saying it was a misunderstanding . And he would not charge for the rest of the job.

For the money they did a good job. However it was incomplete and customer service was not a good experience at all. Very disappointing and I would never use them again or recommend them.
