They initially quoted about $750 for the roofing job. Then, after ripping shingles off the roof and leaving it completely open and exposed, they discovered a **problem** and proceeded to re-quote $2500. The first day, the worker said he was **too hot** and had to leave early, at 2:30 in the afternoon. Too late, we learned that he did not cover the exposed roof with a tarp or any sealant before he left, and it rained that night. Rain ran into our garage and along the ceiling into our house. The next day, after I made several phone calls, they covered the roof, but the damage was done. The boss, John, denied responsibility for damage to our home, and insisted we pay him the full price.

Maybe (?) there was a misunderstanding about what I expected to be done, which is why their estimate was the cheapest. I did not get done what I thought I was ordering...I thought I was clear about my expectations but they thought they were clear about what they planned to do. I did not get the job I wanted done, a lesser one, for obviously less money. They offered to do more but then it was more than other estimates I got and I needed it done quickly.

They did what they promised . When they promised to do it, and for agreed upon price.Guys were very friendly and easy to work with.

Hired them to replace gutters and remove chimney....they worked very hard and the price was competitive.

Communication was excellent regarding scheduling and arrival time. The job was performed well, and Matt was able to perform some unscheduled roof maintenance the same day. I am very satisfied with this contractor.
