"The reason for our departure was due to the unsanitary conditions of your home(i.e dog feces and urine all over), that we previously had discussed needed to be cleaned up upon our arrival. Additionally, the setbacks due to the dogs urinating on a freshly refinished floor. We are sorry we couldn't reach an understand but we can only be so accommodating when the home is unsanitary."
