I was a bit apprehensive before hiring Exquisite Floors because there're only 2 prior reviews. So I asked for references. The lady client and the builder both said Thiago was terrific. I absolutely want to give him 5-star review after I had the personal encounter. Thiago and his crew were knowledgeable, polite and neat throughout the 2-day work process. Other companies may say "dustless" but they'd still cover up furniture and doorways but I found minimal dust, just a big garbage bag full of "sawdust" by the street curb after they had left on the first day. I had my wood floor refinished and the result was better than I expected. Yes! Exquisite has my vote of confidence and I want Thiago to do my next floor job!

Exquisite Floors did a tremendous job on my floors. They were knowledgable and helpful. Even going out of their way to call me to say I left my car window open and then covering it for me. I highly recommend them for your wood floor jobs.
