Ty was the best to work with. He was honest, hard working and always took his time to explain the process with me. His crew was very professional! Replaced my roof in a day. Showed up early and cleaned around the house as well as both my neighbors when they finished. Besides a new roof, I would have never known they where their. Recommend highly!

They werenâ t my cheapest bid, but I feel the value I received in terms of workmanship, customer service, and material quality justify the slight price difference. The Project Manager made sure I understood the entire process upfront. Walked me through everything that was upcoming, that included me undemanding how the insurance company was going to do. Everything went according to the plan. Was available to get my roof replaced on a Saturday. He is very nice, looked me in my eyes, and I trusted everything he told me and my family. The job is completed and he asked me if I was satisfied with everything I SAID YES A PLUS.

Ty and his team arrived at 6:45 AM and got right to work. 12 hours later they were done my 4600sq foot roof and had completed the cleanup. They worked very hard all day to complete the job in one day, and seemed to work very well together as a team. They were very open to special requests and the end result was excellent.

Excel does a great job of installing the asphalt shingles. Ty goes over the installing with you, the whole process. Plus the materials that will be used. Our experience with Excel Roofing was wonderful. Ty and his team made it an enjoyable experience and they brought life back into my home. Ty did a great job of accessing my roof. He explained in great detail what we needed done, the materials that would be used and what purpose those materials served. He kept communication lines open. I never had to guess when they were coming or on the status. He provided photos and made the experience awesome. Him and his crew was prompt and on time and they kept the construction site tidy. They covered my neighbors pool with a tarp to prevent debris from falling in. At completion of the job they went to both neighbors homes and cleaned debris from there yards. The entire experience with Excel roofing was amazing. After receiving several estimates with many different contractors, Excel roofing was by far our top choice. From the moment Ty walked into our home, my husband said "I like this guy". Ty is one of a kind and he was very honest from day one. He will make you feel like he is apart of the family unlike many other fast talking contractors. When replacing our roof, the entire crew was very nice and respectful. The clean up process took place the entire time the guys were working on the roof. I have a little one and a dog and Excel did a GREAT job ensuring the nails were picked up. If I were to sum up the experience in one word, it would be EFFORT! The effort put forth to gain the business was top notch and thoroughly done. The effort to get the job done and leave the premises as though they were never there apart from the new roof was awesome! There are a bunch of reviews here that mention TY and the service he provides, and I can say from first hand experience he is deserving of the accolades and will be one of the reasons this company will grow tremendously in the coming years! It might be possible to get a better price through someone else out there, but I do not believe you can get better service and accommodation with anyone else. If you need a new roof, this is the company to run with!
