He was supposed to be there two to 3 oclock. He never called and said he was going to be late. I called at 4 oclock to see where he was. He said he would be there at 5:30. He showed up just passed 730. I told him the issue he started to work on the floor drain. Put water in the sink and a little fun the washing machine and it was not coming up the floor drain. So I packed the best things ever leave. We are in the full wash machine and there was water coming up all over the floor My husband asked him again would you like to see the holding tank for the septic he finally said yes Ill go see that. He said the problem now seems to be coming from the septic holding tank to the floor drain in our house. Wasnt sure. It was very late and he didnt have anything to drain the septic. He did not fix the problem and he still expected us to give him his money. We paid him and thats the last I would like to deal with this guy I call the septic company and they said theres always higher water in that septic holding tank. They will come out and look to see if its something else other than the floor drain maybe something in the septic field I would not recommend this guy at all. And I would like my money back because he didnt do the job.

This was a job very well done! My gas line for the stove was moved very neatly and is more secure and fits behind the stove better than the original work. Service was prompt,well done and consistent with his estimate-at a very good price.

I couldn't be more pleased. He was amazing, he was so persistent and making sure that the problem was fixed was at my house in total for 12 hours there ended up being roots in my mainline. And he kept working to make sure that he got every last stick that was clogging it. I will recommend him to everyone I know . Thanks exquisite for making us feel like family! HIRE THESES GUYS!!!!!! Did I mention that his prices are best to none.
