The only advice I can give you, if you are looking into this company, or Chad Green, is go elsewhere. Chad is a con-artist. I should of seen the red flags when he no called no showed the original day to perform the work. We had already put a deposit down for the services, so I figured I'd give him another shot. Although accurate photos were provided for the drywall repair in question, on the day he arrived to perform said work, he was full of excuses and BS. He then claimed, he couldn't perform the job which was fine, and would refund the deposit for the project. Then after several hour waits, a several calls, he has still failed to refund the deposit despite saying he was going to. My saving grace was I used Venmo for it and they are going to get my funds back. Again, he is a con-artist with poor character. Use literally any other business.

They took pictures of the project that show very little of what was actually done. The pics were more of a detraction than a service. Otherwise, Chad was friendly and easy to work with.

Chad and his crew did an outstanding job. I would rehire Exquisite Services and recommend him to my family and friends.

Chad was quick to respond to my request, and came by with his crew the very next day. Prompt, reliable, affordable and friendly. He provided several photos of the work performed and the crew performing it. I would definitely recommend him for gutter cleaning, and may contact him again for other services. Thank you.

We always trust Chad and his team in our home. They do fantastic work on a reasonable price.

AVOID at all cost, the owner is a thief! I gave him a deposit for the job the next day after he gave me an estimate. I asked for his license number a day later and suddenly the contract was a problem.. I then asked for my deposit back and he said when the check cleared. My check has cleared the next day (verified by my bank). I am still trying to get my money back. I have since filed a claim against him. The owner is not honest. AVOID using this place!

This company was very reasonably priced. Chad did a great job on my gutters and I also contracted him to put a leaf guard on. This was accomplished a few days after the cleaning. I m really happy with both jobs and would highly recommend this company.

Hired to clean gutters and replace a roof on shed. Showed up promptly, cleaned gutters fine. Did not do a good job on the shingles on the shed. The shingles are buckled. He said they would flatten out. That was 2 years ago, they are still buckled.
