I was in need of a roof repair. I contacted some contractors who just did not get back to me. I became very disheartened when a roofing company came to my home to do a â no feeâ consult, and immediately tried to sell me a brand new roof in excess of $25,000 questioning my credit score and ability to be financed. Thankfully, I was contacted by Anthony, who told me heâ d swing by to check out my roof, make an assessment and let me know if the job was something he could do. Anthony was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me where the problem was and within 24-48 hours, start to finish repaired the problem before a terrible rainstorm that was forecast. A very good experience. I got 3 estimates and they were the cheapest .the quality of their work was excellent. they started when they said and finished in one day .Anthony came back the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied and explained everything about the job. Everything was cleaned up as they went along .I have a 30 yr warranty on my roof and 15 yr on his labor. I would and already have recommend this company.

I’ve had a very difficult time finding a roofing contractor to perform a repair on my roof. Many never responded to my inquiries, presumably because I always stated my project was a repair only. All I did speak with (except Anthony) only wanted to do a full roof replacement. Previously the ones that came out either didn’t impress me or wanted to sell me their “chimney package.” Fortunately Angi set me up with Exterior Construction. The owner, Anthony, took a good look at my roof, discussed what he saw and impressed me sufficiently that I was comfortable he identified the problem or would come back and find it if he didn’t on the first go around. His team showed up on time, did the work and Anthony stopped by during the project to check in on them. Storms rolled in last night and thus far I haven’t seen any signs of a leak. I’m confident if one appears, Anthony will come back and find and fix the issue. My experience with Exterior Construction, Anthony and his team was excellent.
