This is the 2nd time I used Exterior Pros I am very satisfied with their work Friendly and professional installation I would recommend this company to anyone

I would rehire Exterior Pro for any remodeling needed. Professionalism is fantastic. Stephanie and Susan are the best office personnel I have worked with from any company. The knowledge the staff and contractors are great. They had previously finished a bathtub to shower remodel and was in and out in less time than expected and love it as well as my new windows. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was Great. Justin, our sales rep, spent time explaining their products and process, he was honest with cost and even suggested a more cost effective window. Carl was our installer, he was prompt and professional, explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had while he was there. When complete, you couldnâ t tell that any work had been done, that is how clean my living room looked, and my new picture window looked amazing! My husband and I will definitely be hiring Exterior Pros for more projects we have within our home.

Everything from start to finish was smooth, quick, and painless. Everything in the initial inspection was explained clearly, they were able to come back and speak with the insurance adjuster as well. The supplies were delivered on time and placed on the driveway out of the way. The crew completed the job quickly and did a very thorough cleaning up at the end of the day and after the project. Payment was simple and they were able to work with my insurance company for payment. Overall the entire experience was great.

Exterior Pros did a complete tear down and replacement of my roof. The process leading up to the job was very straightforward. The team was exceptionally responsive to any questions that I had come up. They articulated my options very well. In my situation, my home owners insurance was involved. Exterior Pros helped me navigate through working with them. The completion of the work was pretty smooth. They were in and out in two days. They handled the cleanup.

It went well. They completed the job in 2 days. Very punctual, cleaned up well, installed roof, and even walked me around for final approval. Did a great job, would hire them again.

Initial meeting went great. Customer representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Due to volume of business in the area due to storm damage, Christopher call to insure us that he was running late & would let us know when he was on his way & he was true to his word. The crew supervisor was at our home at 6:45 am & work started promptly at 7am. They were friendly & happy bunch of guys. They were very conscious of plants & bushes around the house. Once the roof was complete, you would never had known they were here. Every piece of paper & roofing nail was cleaned up. Exceptional job! 5 stars!

This company should not be in the bathroom business. after having a shower installed the work was terrible. At least the owner agreed and hired an independent contractor to tear the whole thing out and start over. This project went on for weeks. I had to find and buy my own shower door as the company only had cheap ones. Buyer Beware!!

We were looking to replace our old bathtub and were pleased to find out that we could use a tub insert instead of replacing the entire tub. Exterior Pros provided us with a new looking bathtub in one day. They came took measurements and put the new liner in our tub. My kids came home and thought we actually replaced the old tub with a new one. Love the work and the *new tub* lol.

Very professional and responsive. We had a new roof put on our house and garage. Excellent product and done in one day. The only slight dings were (1) when the roofers tore off the old shingles, they put a lot of tar marks on our siding. and (2) the roofers ran out of gas to run their generator and borrowed our lawnmower gas. When they left, they took our gas can with them! However, when I was finally able to connect with the job scheduler (Rob) and explained what happened, he made things right. My husband and I came home the day I spoke with Rob and the tar marks were gone and new gas can (filled with gas) was waiting for us. I would definitely use them again.

David, the sales person is a great guy to deal with. Actually everyone is polite and professional. However, I was told the person to install my fascia is a "wizard", but he only came out to demo some of the old siding. The installer who came out two days later was polite and performed the work in a timely manner. The finished project, in my opinion, was lacking detail... Cuts at corners are not very squared and you can see they were made with a hand sheer. Fasteners are missing... UPDATE: I received two calls within 24 hours of a neutral review. Exterior Pros wanted to make sure I was happy with the project. So they came out a few days later, neatened up the corners, added fasteners/nails where needed, and I am satisfied. As noted, everyone who works for the company is very polite and professional. I am happy they wanted to make sure I was happy. I do recommend them!

Roof still leaking after complete tear-off and re-do. They say it isn't the roof and won't fix the flashing.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Exterior Pros, LLC. They matched the product for my specific need. They stayed within my budget, yet the windows are very high quality. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after they were through. The job was done on time. I hired them again for new gutters with leaf protection. I had the same experience for that job. Sales information was complete with examples of underlayment and roofing. All questions were answered. Roofers were efficient and willing to solve problems. Clean-up was thorough. Time frame from agreement to completion was three days in spite of rain delays.
