"Wow. I immediately made time next day to help the husband finish demo part of deck he attempted at but failed. Called me Sunday I was out there next day between jobsite checks on our 2 crews to help. Dangerous situation, falling off home literally. Adjacent much larger attached deck also found to be falling off house. Permit in this case is required for liability and safety for all. Customer refused and became aggressive. There is/has been no further agreed upon work until having it inspected."

Robert recommended a stain color that he had no idea that the stain would not be made until paid for and then shipped.1 1/2 days after he began staining our deck he needed double the stain. We did pay for more stain because we wanted good coverage. Then Robert asked for more money to be paid to him when in his contract he only requires 20 percent. The remainder paid when finished. Our deck took over a month to complete because of Robert?s excuses and rain. However there were many days after he started that we had sunny days and no call/ no show from Robert. I will show you how it looks after he stated that it looked beautiful. We had over spray on our siding and tape adhered to our lights because they were taped so long. I would not hire this company again for anything.

"You should be ashamed of yourselves. 1) You wanted a spec. order 2 part for longevity. Yes color chosen was made to order. No stock. Great product. 2) 17 days rain in May and the same for June. Not enough dry time. Your ignorance of your deck lumber/washing ruined the window. U informed me that you would wash but you had zero results causing me to sand spots off for a day, free. You refused paying for this so I request progress pay to ensure commitment. Didnt allow to easily remove overspray."
