I am still waiting for them to come back and seal two gutter corners. They said they would in November. If this gets done I will give them a good rating as I think Chad gave a fair quote and once they came did a good job. He said he would return to fix the gutter leaks but has not done so.

He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was honest and forthcoming about the work that was needed and set a time to finish that was better than I had expected. He isn't out to just make a buck. He understood my position and therefore was better able to help me. I would and will definitely recommend this contractor to other needing the same or similar work.

Prompt. Showed up as scheduled. Completed task as asked.

I was very pleased that Chad showed up just 24 hours after my call. The work he performed was good, but he did not complete the job. The agreement was for repair to the front and rear of my home, he did the work in the front, but did not complete the shingle repair in the rear. He did, however, take my money for the completed job. I called him promptly, to schedule a follow up appointment, to complete the work. We repeated this exercise three times over the next two weeks, but he would never come back to complete the work. Check the work that this company does BEFORE paying them. Once they have the money, they WILL NOT come back.

Very prompt and affordable service even at a time when I am sure they had many customers to serve (wind storm).

They showed up when they said they would and stuck by their estimate. Also, they tried to find ways to reduce cost when possible.

A slight stumble over the start time was more than made up for by a very careful and great-looking job. They handled unexpected wasp problems with great competence (and bravery!). They consulted with me on particulars of how the downspouts should go, and very kindly returned to redo one that we had neglected to consult on ahead of time. They were friendly, careful and competent. All that's missing to completely verify the success of the job is some rain since the installment!

He was honest, trustworthy, completed the project according the proposal, and showed up when he said he would be here. We never got the runaround. He is highly recommended by us.

Very professional, performed additional work due to complications in project and finished in the time promised. They provided 3 estimates before hand based on options I could have with samples to show. Since we had extra work to do I was worried about the cost, but the price for the extra materials and labor were very reasonable. I liked the honesty and absolutely no pressure of this company. I would definitely hire again and strongly recommend Chad and this company.
