I received 8 competitive bids for a full roof replacement on our 1901 Victorian B&B. We chose Exterior Solutions LLC, whose bid was 28% below the average. The 4,000 sq ft project included removing 35-year-old asphalt shingles, installing all new plywood sheathing, and updating roof venting. The roof has over 45 facets with a predominant pitch of 10/12, making it a challenging job. John A. and his team did an outstanding job installing CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles. John scheduled the work while our B&B was closed and ensured the roof was sealed before any rain. He worked closely with our neighbors to minimize disruptions. Cleanup was exceptional—nothing left behind. We’re extremely pleased with the quality, professionalism, and communication throughout. Highly recommend Exterior Solutions LLC for any roofing project.

They were great to work with. The only contractor that gave an honest estimate for sheathing repairs as part of a new roof installation instead of general unit rates that would be used after repairs were done. Clean up was top notch too.

Easy to work with

John Abbott replaced our roof yesterday and he did an amazing job. It looks incredible. His guys were very efficient and cleaned up so well. John was in contact with us the whole time and let us know everything that was going on. I can not say enough good things about John and Exterior Solutions. If you need a new roof you should definitely get a hold of John.

I worked with John Abbott to replace my roof. He did a great job. We had both shingle and steel roof put on and it looks great. John stepped me through each process and pointed out issues that needed repair and repaired them. I had two issues upon completion and they were corrected the next day. John was very communicative throughout the process explaining what was going to be done and following up to make sure it was done. They were flexible with me scheduling the work to accomodate other work that needed to be done before they could start. The quality of work and the work ethic of the team exceeded my expectations. The crew was on site early, worked thru rough weather and stayed late as needed to get the job done quickly and professionally. I have an older house with some unique challenges and they came up with creative solutions to address them. When the job was complete, my 100 year old house looked brand new and I couldn’t be happier about that.
