My wife was putting the star on the tree on Chrismas Eve when a few drops of water fell on her head during a rain storm from a small leak in the ceiling. Wes contacted me the same day I submitted the project. He inspected the roof and found hail damage in addition to some bad flashing which caused the leak. He worked with our insurance company to manage the whole claims process for us. There were slight material adjustments at the end that were handled as well. Overall, the quote was very reasonable for the work performed which was completed in just two days. The work quality was excellent and his team did any excellent cleanup job, no stray roofing material or nails anywhere. Highly recommend. Excellent communication. Very professional. No hassle.

The company was engaged as a sub contractor. My roof is now leaking because they put the penetration in the wrong place. My roof now leaks, it has damaged the sheet rock in my home, and it has damaged the crawl space in my attic. I have left the company 2 voicemails and when I finally got ahold of them, they said they would come out to fix the issue. I was given a project managers phone number, and he was given no details about the project and he told me he would give me a call back. I have not received any further communication as of yet. This companys communication is horrible and the work was far less than satisfactory.
