Do not hire Driveway Pros. I requested a job and got a response from them through Home Advisor promptly. This was the only prompt thing about them. After them stringing me along with 2 no shows on estimates that required me to reach out to them to reschedule, yet going out on a limb to hire what appeared to be a struggling/new small business, they strung me along again on actually scheduling the project. Unfortunately I really needed to have the work done. When I finally heard from them and told them their lack of communication was unacceptable and required a firm start date, they agreed and a start date and time was schedule. Lo and behold, that date and time came and went without so much as a word from them. I contacted them immediately and told them I was firing them and seeking this job to be done from someone more professional. I am still waiting on the return of my money that was paid as a down payment, although the owner threatened to sue me for **loss of profit** instead. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Driveway Pros.

Communication was a bit frustrating. We did not feel they were prepared to do the job.

the owner did not have a crew, went to another concrete place. No on time, hours late from when he said he would be here. He went over his head he does not know what he is doing in regards to managing a company.

10/10 recommend great work and in a timely manner.
