Chris from Exteriors of CT, LLC was fantastic to work with. His quote was competitive, and he clearly explained everything that would be included—roof removal, fascia and trim repairs, and the new installation. His team showed up on time, worked hard on a very hot day, and the quality of their work really shows. They left the property spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find a contractor this professional and reliable. We are thrilled with the results.

Great experience with replacing our existing roof with new architectural shingles. Our house looks great! Chris and his crew were efficient and took great care to protect our patio and deck from falling shingles while removing the old roof. The project was completed in one day which was a key deciding factor for us. Didn’t want to hear hammering for 2 or 3 days. Chris was great to work with and cares about his customers being 100% satisfied.

A shed fire had damaged my siding and cracked two of my windows. I had several contractors come out to assess the damage and give me a quote for repairs. Some of the contractors simply never got back to me, others were insanely priced. Chris however came right over, assessed the damage and told me he would email me the following day. He followed through and emailed me an incredibly organized and detailed price quote that was very reasonable and fair. I was going back and forth with my insurance company so Chris stepped in and took care of the insurance portion for me and got that settled rather quickly. Chris was so laid back and easy to work with that it made this stressful situation a lot less stressful than what it would have been. Chris was very upfront with the time frame from ordering the materials to when the work would be completed and he followed through and was there to promptly respond to every email. They did an amazing job and I am very happy with the results, my house looks wonderful with the new windows and siding. I highly recommend this company!.

Chris and his team were great. We had them replace more than a dozen windows and were so happy with them that we decided to have them replace our roof shingles as well. We were very happy with their prices and responsiveness. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to family and friends.

We contracted Exteriors of CT to do a siding replacement. Our house had cedar shakes that were continually peeling and we also had some wood rot in places. Chris Luby was one of the first people we contacted because of the great reviews from the past. His response was quick and personal. We did an initial walk around of the house and he pointed out what his recommendations were and it was within my expectations. His quote was quick, competitive and fair. We received quotes from two other firms and Exteriors got the job. One thing that was a huge differentiator was that Chris didn't nickel and dime us on the job. We negotiated a few changes to the initial quote and the job got underway. The crew that did the job, Alix and Jose, were hard workers and their work product was excellent. They were great to work with and were always responsive to any changes that we made along the way. The quality of the final product is above our expectations (and our expectations were high!). We highly recommend Exteriors of CT.

We recently had Exteriors of CT put on new vinyl siding on our house. They did a tremendous job - the house looks great, the level of care and detail in all the nooks and crannies of the house came out really well. Chris was great to work with - extremely nice guy - you got the sense that him and his crew treated the job at our house as it was one of their own. They had the lowest quote that we sourced. The crew worked long hours some days (from 730am to 630pm in the dark on a friday) to finish the job as quickly as possible. They even spent a day here in the light rain after the previous day was a wash out. Exteriors will be at the top of my list for our next home project - they will not dissapoint!

Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier.

Exteriors of CT recently replaced the 40-year-old windows in our colonial home. It’s difficult to imagine someone tearing out over twenty sash windows, two large picture windows, a kitchen window, and a French door without ruining the siding, destroying the interior trim, and generally making a mess of things. Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking. Really, for the multiple quotes I received, this project was so reasonable my spouse took me to Block Island on the savings. Great work. Fair price. Mostly, though, we felt cared for during the job. They know what they’re doing and they are kind in their work. Recommend without hesitation.

I recently hired Exteriors of CT to replace the windows and gutters and install vinyl siding on my house. They did an excellent job. Their rep spent as much time with us as we needed to plan the jobs appropriately. Their pricing was more detailed, and ultimately lower, than others we had quoted making us comfortable we were getting the best value with them. In executing the jobs we were pleased with some of the extra details they included that were not explicitly listed in the contract. Unfortunately for us, there was lots of hidden rot that was uncovered during the process which lead to considerable extra work. This extra work did, of course, result in additional cost but they were reasonable in negotiating these costs. We felt they were quite fair about keeping the additional costs under control. We are very pleased with the final result. I have recommended them to one person considering similar work on their house, and will do so for others.

The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Chris was easy to work with and his crew was respectful of my property. They cleaned up after each work day.

Fantastic work, everything delivered as promised. The guys who did the work (Chris and Sean) are GREAT. Very friendly, respectful, do great work, and communicate very well. Cleaned up each and every day when they were done. Also very good with dogs, in case anyone out there has an anxious pup like we do!

It went very well. They were prompt and professional. Did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall, my experience in using Exteriors Unlimited was good. Although, with rainy summer we've had, they were a month later than when they sid they would start the project. The heatwave also caused to stop work every day at noon, which prolonged the project from 3 days to 7 days. They were very good about replacing anything they damaged and all the workers were very polite and respectful.

I was quite pleased with the work. This was a difficult job and they did a great job. They started on time, and despite some weather issues completed the work quickly. I would recommend them. Also, the sales person was very responsive, even after the job was done.

I will NEVER use this company again. The protection efforts that were discused were not properlty installed, and there clean-up efforts were subpar.They started out using a tarp system that was inefficient;debris ended up all over my yard. They did not place any effort on protecting my garden.I had to complain to get them to return a second time to cleanup and a magnetic nail-pickup device was never used. There was also some water damage to my attic and son's bedroom due to a water leak around a newly installed chimney flashing.

I signed a contract that was suppose to start on or before Dec.1,2005 and end no later than Dec.8, 2005, the actual starting date was Dec. 14, 2005 and ended Dec. 21,2005, but this was only due to my persistence in calling consistently to inquire as to what was happening. My real concern and frustration was being told whatever I wanted to hear to get the sale and then being lied to receiving little to no customer service!The entire job from being to end was a disaster and there was little or no clean up during or after the completion of the job. I voiced my concerns during the final transaction, but recieving final payment took priority.
