We were happy with the work on our house until 6 months later when we ended up needing a whole new furnace due to the installers covering our exhaust intake with caulk causing the furnace to fail. We sent pictures and an explanation and the response was â sorry about that.â This was a huge expense we were not planning on all due to the installers mistake. It clearly states on the exhaust intake â DO NOT BLOCKâ in multiple locations, yet they still caulked around it leaving a sliver of space for airflow. Unfortunately we will not be using this company again.

Did excellent work on the replacement & repair of siding. Also did repair on the existing wall surface, such as taping & expansion form. Extra mile ! Have used Exterior s of Lansing for new siding, windows & doors for a number of years. They always have excellent products & workmanship.

The guys did excellent work, the work area was picked up at the end of each day. They kept us informed as the project progressed and answered our questions. We are thrilled with the end result.

The project was to replace the existing chimney cap and rebuild the enclosure. The entire process, from the first visit, estimate, measuring, and execution, went well. The chimney looks good and the clean-up was thorough. I can recommend Exteriors of Lansing and I would use them again.
