Initially he came to house. Treated. But promised to come back in 2 weeks. Never followed through. Called him and said he would have his office call to schedule a time to come. Never heard back. Called again and he said he would come that afternoon. Never called or showed.

There is a saying, "you get what you paid for". This company offered me a great price compared to other companies. What began as friendly and thorough explanation of promised service turned into a nightmare for me. I signed the Termite Protection Plan with quarterly pest control service in April 2016. 8 weeks went by and I have not seen or heard from Matthew Chambers (owner and whom I met with). His reason (excuse I think) was his wife's grand father passed away and he's been away for 3 weeks (what about the remaining 5 weeks?). I empathized with his situation. He promised me service within a week. A week came and went. No phone call. No sign of termite bait installment and first pest control service. I reached out to him again. His text message quote unquote..."Hi Mrs. Lee Matt Chambers I tried to call you back just want to let you know that I personally have this on my schedule to complete Tuesday for you and my personal guarantee is that if its not done by Tuesday I will give you your money back myself. But rest assure you are covered if you were to have a problem". Well, Tuesday came and went. No call and no show. I'm happy for the customers who received excellent care from Matthew Chambers. It's been an ongoing battle for me. I contacted my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, Yelp review and HomeAdvisor (where I found the company). I am very disappointed in Matthew Chambers lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility and work ethic. Mostly disappointed in his lack of simple common courtesy. I would NEVER recommend this company. Not even to my worst enemy.

Just signed the Contract last night. Matt came to my home after his published hours to meet my schedule. He very professional and prompt. Install will begin next tuesday. I will be out of town. Matt committed to personally supervising my job. Most other companies that called me, never returned a 2nd phone call. Big Name company had a lower price, but I did not feel a comfort level with them. Big Name Company did not share or seem to have the same knowledge that Matt did. 5 Stars so far from me!!!

Do NOT let these people come to your home when u are away! If I had it to do over again I would go with anybody but this company. Anybody! No returning and not doing what he promised. Customer Service was a 5star at first after job was none - not so good.
