    Jason the owner was very personable, explained all aspects of the service. The tech that came out also was personable and explained all aspects of the service to my wife then I got on the phone and explained everything again to me. As far as value for the money I have never used an exterminator and did not price around but I did hire them so I guess I thought the price was fair.

    Very professional on the phone booking my appoint and listens and explained all charges and options. I was able to get an appointment next day. Service technician also very professional and knowledgeable. Called in the morning to confirm and gave specific arrival time. Overall very positive experience.
