Jason the owner was very personable, explained all aspects of the service. The tech that came out also was personable and explained all aspects of the service to my wife then I got on the phone and explained everything again to me. As far as value for the money I have never used an exterminator and did not price around but I did hire them so I guess I thought the price was fair.

Very professional on the phone booking my appoint and listens and explained all charges and options. I was able to get an appointment next day. Really professional! They made the impossible possible. We were really frustrated with mice infestation, they really got rid of them in the first two weeks. But still kept coming back for another 3 weeks to make sure we were taken care of. After the problem was solved, they gave us a warranty of 90 days. I would definitely recommend it.
