Jim arrived on time ready to do the job. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He gave me the necessary information ahead of time so I could have the prep done and he could do what he needed. He was neat, cleaned up, and the work looked professional when he was finished. His work was much neater than previous installers had done for me. He ran into an unexpected problem with the county permit and dealt with it professionally. and without getting frustrated, although he would have been justified in getting upset over the unnecessary requirements of the county. It cost him time and some money but he dealt with it efficiently.

After having difficulty with another heating company and their service, I went online to get some information and other bids. I was called immediately and got an evaluation of my heating system and the poor quality of workmanship. It was refreshing to get competent advice and quality service. My new Rheem (95%) was installed quickly; and,, after being without heat, it was so wonderful to come home to a warm home. Jim has been extremely professional and kind; very patient explaining all I need to know, very caring and efficient turning on my EM heat while I was waiting for the new unit to be brought to my property; very punctual and fast. The work was done with expertise and clean all the time. All the information and advise about my new unit were very useful . The price was honest and fair. Melanie was also very kind and helpful at the phone. I strongly recommend ExtraordinAir .

Jim called me about 30 seconds after my request. He was friendly and professional,after I explained the problem ,Jim offered some help over the phone to see if I could solve the problem on my own. About 45 minutes later he called to see if the problem was solved. I told him that it wasn't and that i would get back to him. The next day Jim called and said he would be in my area and that if I wanted he would call after his appointments. I agreed and before you know it he was at my house diagnosing the problem,he gave me a very reasonable quote and within the hour we had heat. Jim went way above and beyond what was expected. GREAT JOB JIM !!!!!!

Jim helped me out on the phone to tell me some quick fixes that may solve the issue without him coming out. After those did not work he came out that night and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was very knowledgeable and personable and completely the job quickly. He also game me several tips to prolong the life of the furnace. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
