Extraordinaire Asphalt & Grounds Maintenance, LLC, is a new asphalt and grounds maintenance company located in Central Maryland but with years of experience behind us. We specialize in water based sealcoating, asphalt repair, line striping, pot hole repair and crack sealing, among other services. Licensed and insured, we work both commercially and residentially, which means no job is too big or small! Aside from road and driveway repair, we also offer mowing and various other general grounds maintenance services and remember us in the winter! We offer snow removal as well. They did my driveway a year ago it was excellent no problem at all. Last week they came to do some maintenance seal coating , again very professional, excellent work,; moreover they care about one investment by providing advice about what can I do as homeowner to have my driveway in good shape for long time. I really recommended them . On my street at least 2 other neighbors have beenon their happy and loyal customers for years.

We received a prompt reply for a quote to reseal our driveway. The price was fair and reasonable and the quality of work was great. Customer service was wonderful. When the weather impacted our originally scheduled date we were immediately contacted and a new date was set up for the work to be done. We are extremely happy with the result and would recommend this company to anyone that needs their driveway repaired/resealed.

I got estimates from two contractors, but chose Extraordinaire because Dave worked with me on scheduling. He filled several huge cracks, and then came back to finish the job at my convenience. I am very pleased with the results, especially the neat edges along my pavers.
