As others have already expressed the team of two gentlemen were onetime, polite, clean, knowledgable and careful in their work, resulting in a job well done. We needed electric lighting removed and a new fixture installed in our bath as well as a new heat unit installed.

Came at time promised and prepared with parts and tools to do the job.

I recently moved and needed my new dryer hooked up to an older style electrical outlet. I found them in the morning and by early afternoon everything was done and hooked up. They added a new cord to the circuit box, a new outlet, and disconnected/removed the out of date pieces. Quick and Easy transaction.

Sp was to install ceiling fan... did the install... but upon having the ceiling fan looked at by another electrician, because the SP did not complete some other task, it was revealed that the ceiling fan was installed improperly and without "boxes" for power and how it was wired posed a danger to the HO, whom is 70 years old and alone. HO called the SP and questioned them about when they would be able to complete the work, they insisted on charging her additional funds to complete the original project... HO has given this SP a lot of business, upwards of $1000 and now after emails, phones call, the SP has neglected to reply.

Frank and Romaine called before they came as promised, showed up on time, explained what they did and were very courteous and efficient.

I called them to move one switch in a 3 gang box from the front of the garage to near the steps going to the 1st floor in order to more easily turn on/off the overhead and hall lights in the garage. I also wanted to have an outdoor garage GFI changed and secured. They were supposed to replace the entire outside GFI unit but instead only secured it to the outside wall and secured a tube holding the wires. After I pointed that out they changed the GFI but apparently that was not part of their initial estimate. Instead of replacing the 3 gang electrical box after they moved the switch, they left the original 3 gang box. Also, the switch which they removed and moved near the steps was now "broken" and had to be replaced. It was working fine until then. It wasn't until they left and I wanted to close the switch hole on the face plate of the 3 gang box that I found they had broken the 3 gang box and it could no longer accept screws on the left end. When I went above the garage to check their work, I found they had drilled multiple (at least 6) holes into the floor 2x6 in order to find the right spot to drop the wires. I found this to be excessive and they hadn't cleaned up. There was at least a dust pan full of sawdust along the floor. I had called them back when I found this. Instead of saying, "very sorry, will get back as soon as we finish this job and make any needed repairs", they told me "oh sorry but I might not get to you this evening and I'll try to pas by tomorrow". We all know that this is construction-speak for, "you are SOL, I already got my check". So, I have put a stop payment on the check which should give them an incentive to complete the job.

Very accomodating, polite & professional. Response time excellent. Didn't rate quality 5 star because work done was of temporary nature to be completed at later date, so final unknown.
