Extreme Automation workers were fine, but the owner of the company and his wife have zero customer service and communications skills.

"We performed an excellent install for this client. Unfortunately her only way she prefers to communicate is via e-mail which between several of them you never knew which one she was using. We got used to checking our junk mail. Her error was she assumed she paid her balance of the install and she had not. When we requested the balance it must have upset her whrrn she said she paid and then discovered she was wrong and she had not paid her bill. We do not have workers we have technicians. I apologize on behalf of this client for her being upset that she was in error and feels that our office staff were only doing their job requirements."

Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
My electronics work great. Never quite knew when they were going to be at my home. But that wasn't an issue as I was waiting for many handymen those days. There is a minor repair of my wall that still needs to be completed, I did not like the original placement of speakers. I would recommend them to friends and family.

"This client always had a 4 hour window. Also she originally agreed upon the placement of the speakers. Then she changed her mind. The damage she is stating is her wallpaper needs to be replaced, we are NOT responsible for this as she is the one who changed her mind about the speakers after the fact."

The work was done, and done correctly. My problem is that I did not always know when they were coming. Things that they had to fix were done quickly.

These guys did a great job and were very professional. Not only did they mount the tv but they relocated the power and cable lines to the appropriate wall. The final product looks fantastic.

Central Vacuum - Repair or Service
After a service appointment, I was told my central vac hose was broken. After the service call and back and forth on ordering a new hose, I told him drop it and charge me for the service call. Cost me over $110. When I took the hose and attachment to a local repair shop, and they fixed it for $10. No more.

"Let's just start out by saying. You DID need a new hose. Your old one had holes in it. The unit had a short in the wire that runs down the pipe and connects to the power head. You asked us if we could dummy it for you, well that is NOT an option due to it being a saftey hazard. Now as far as the re stocking fee we ordered this part for you and you gave us your deposit to proceed with the order. Part was ordered. It is NOT our issue if you decide to change your mind in mid stream. We cannot absorb the fees because you change your mind. Once we cancelled order hose did arrive the next day and was sent back. hen you wanted it again. No thanks."

Extreme Automation moved a flat television to my living room wall, installed celing speakers, and hooked up all video and sound components, They also installed recessed lighting in the living room. They more than met my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Home Theater Wiring - Install, Repair or Conceal
Needed a re-wire on a surround sound system; hook-up of new A/V receiver. Extreme Automation honored the appointment time. Removed existing wiring, installed new wiring. Hooked up new A/V receiver. Very professional service. Had some minor glitches with the A/V receiver. Solved some of the problems by phone. Louie came back the next day at no charge to finalize the minor glitches with the A/V receiver. Thought they were a little pricey but in the end probably worth it. Would definitely use them again.

I received a phone call immediatly from the technician after speaking to main office. Steve set my appontment for the very next morning and was on time. He checked my system and repaired same day. He was in and done so quickly. My system works great. Thank you Steve for the GREAT service and the fair and honest price. Will use again not only for vacuum repairs but for the home theater system I will be purchasing in the next 2 weeks.

Extreme Automation , Inc. is a great company for the following reasons. 1: Showed genuine interest in having us as customers despite the size of the present job. 2. Very flexible as to changing the time of appointment because I had temporary been out for an outside appointment which ran a little late. 3. They arrived in a timely fashion and were very pleasant to talk with and they kept my Wife and I informed at every step of the way of the present project at hand. 4. I had a conversation about the future interest I had for our entertainment expansion needs with information of the pricing. 5. They finsihed the project with alacrity.

The technician replied to my initial service request promptly and scheduled an appointment quickly. He arrived on time, had a clean appearance and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He fixed our telephone wiring problem and did a thorough check of all jacks and wiring. We will be using this company again in the future if need be.
