"We performed an excellent install for this client. Unfortunately her only way she prefers to communicate is via e-mail which between several of them you never knew which one she was using. We got used to checking our junk mail. Her error was she assumed she paid her balance of the install and she had not. When we requested the balance it must have upset her whrrn she said she paid and then discovered she was wrong and she had not paid her bill. We do not have workers we have technicians. I apologize on behalf of this client for her being upset that she was in error and feels that our office staff were only doing their job requirements."
"This client always had a 4 hour window. Also she originally agreed upon the placement of the speakers. Then she changed her mind. The damage she is stating is her wallpaper needs to be replaced, we are NOT responsible for this as she is the one who changed her mind about the speakers after the fact."

"Let's just start out by saying. You DID need a new hose. Your old one had holes in it. The unit had a short in the wire that runs down the pipe and connects to the power head. You asked us if we could dummy it for you, well that is NOT an option due to it being a saftey hazard. Now as far as the re stocking fee we ordered this part for you and you gave us your deposit to proceed with the order. Part was ordered. It is NOT our issue if you decide to change your mind in mid stream. We cannot absorb the fees because you change your mind. Once we cancelled order hose did arrive the next day and was sent back. hen you wanted it again. No thanks."
