One Time Interior House Cleaning
I was exceptionally pleased with Tina and Joe. Not only were they thorough, but very pleasant and wanted explicit instructions about my expectations. I will definitely use them again. It was a pleasant surprise to have everything on my list of chores completed to my satisfaction. Hats off to Extereme Cleaners!!

Timing was not very convenient, we chose them for the windows but they said they could do the blinds. Then they said they could do gutters and we hired them to do that and they were awful. They left a mess. They were windows high up that they did not do nor did they do the skylights. They did not have the right equipment. They came the next day and were 2 and 1/2 hours late! Blinds upstairs took longer and we have the same amount downstairs that took them 1/2 the time. They said upstairs were dirtier. It was shoddier work done downstairs.

"We disagree with the comments provide from this consumer due to the fact that we informed this consumer that we do not specialize in the requested tasks that they wanted. We recommended them to hire specialized companies that only do blinds, Gutters, and Exterior Window Cleaning. We are a maid/janitorial cleaning company. We offered to do this project as a personal favor since they were needed this done by end of day friday. We began project the next day and were rushed out due to them needing sleep. No mess was left. They failed to tell us that both husband and wife worked graveyards shifts. We worked 3 hours into the job already."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Joe and Tina did a great job on our move out. I am thrilled with the results and would recommend them to any one...I do think that they need to work on their estimated time for jobs as they worked very hard and fast but ran out of time. They finished the job anyway and did not charge extra as others might have. I am happy to have met these 2 fine young people!

Arrived early. My 88 year old Mom's house was pretty neglected and they did a fantastic job of making it sparkle, even tightening screws on an overhead fan. I was amazed the tub cleaned up so well and the kitchen floor hasn't been so clean in a long, long time. They will be coming in every 2 weeks--what a tremendous relief to have them. Extremely personable, too.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
We utilized Extreme Cleaners one-time cleaning service in anticipation of weekend houseguests. The owners made a pre-visit to explain what cleaning would be done by room as well as the cost. The team of four arrived on time and completed all tasks listed on their one-time cleaning service sheet. The work was exceptional and the team personable in a professional manner. Although the house for the most part was clean, several things did not happen. They did not move items to vacuum, rugs were permanently stuck to the floor after mopping, there was residue left on the faucets and the sinks were still dirty around the drains. They did not return for the second scheduled visit nor did they return my call after leaving a message asking when and if they would arrive. I felt I was even mislead about their pricing as well. They cleaned for one and half hours but charged me for 3+ hours saying that it was because two people were cleaning but the pricing was based on if only one person cleaned.

"Consumer was informed of the billing details on the first meeting and prior to signing the service agreement. Consumer accepted and hired extreme cleaners. Upon completion of work consumer did perform a walk through inspection with the owner of the company and accepted the completeion of the job with satisfaction. Everything was spotless. Consumer provided a tip along with payment. Consumer told the Vice President of the Company that she was going to recommend Extreme Cleaners to all of her friends and family."
