Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. I definitely recommend Jay and Extreme Construction Group.

On this particular job, 7 local roofing companies told me the job could not be done because of the size of the skylights and the bracing needed for the installation under the new FL building codes. Jay and his team (inc. Dan the roofer) were able to complete the job in a professional and workmanlike manner on time and on price.
