I hired Josh to remove the deck in my backyard and haul the wood away. He and his crew were at my home on 3 separate occasions. The 3rd time the job was almost finished as Josh left 1 deck post in my yard. On August 20th, 2016... the final time he was at my home, Josh cut the power supply to my sunroom with his shovel. He admitted he did it and offered to duct tape it. I of course wouldn't allow him to duct tape the cables. I invited Josh to send his electrician out numerous times to either restore the power or give me an estimate on how much they would charge to fix it. Josh never called me regarding this issue after August 20th. Josh did in fact send threatening texts to my husband and I. We sued Josh and Extreme Contracting and Consulting and won the case on November 9th 2016. Josh never showed up for court, nor has he responded to my texts or voicemail. DO NOT HIRE JOSH CHEHAK/EXTREME CONTRACTING AND CONSULTING.

We hired Josh to do some siding repairs on 10-18-16. He was polite and gave us a fair estimate. We gave him a check for part of the cost of repairs and labor. Our check has been cashed. He said he would return on 10-21 to do the work. When he didn't show up by 1:00, I called and left him a voicemail. He finally returned my call on 10-24 and said he would be coming either 10-25 or 26 but would phone before he came. He never showed up either of those days. I have left voice messages and texts for him repeatedly since then but he hasn't returned any of my calls. Except, he did call my cell at 5:48 AM on 11-3 but left no message. I am extremely disappointed because he appeared to be an honest young man when he first stopped by, and his reviews on this site have been favorable. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.

He was very professional and got the job done in short order.

Josh was able to come to my house within 1/2 hour after speaking on the phone. Gave me a quote, purchased necessary materials and completed installation of 3 porch stair rails all within same day. Would not hesitate to use his services again.

Josh was friendly, professional and prompt. He diagnosed the leak from the J-channel quickly and was able to fix within 2 days. Had major rainstorm a few days later, and no leak! Will consider him for other jobs I need in the future.

Josh was very pleasant and professional, he got the job done quickly and even went out of his way to fix a few other little problems at the same time. I have a painting project that I am also going to have him work on!

He came right out when I called, even though it was after 8pm. He was a very polite and friendly man who took care of the problem. He made sure everything was in working order, having me try it not once or twice, but multiple times just to make sure it truly worked, before he left. This was a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend him to others, and use him again myself.

Don't pay for job in advance,I did and the job was never complete also be careful what you hire them for they will tell you they can do a job when in reality they have never done it and the work shows.

I had 3 issues to be fixed. Nice guys. Bought the disposal for me, which saved me a trip. Bought the flapper valve I also needed. Replacement went quickly. Unable to determine cause of low water pressure in kitchen faucet. Cleaning filter didn't solve problem. I didn't want to buy a new faucet at this time. Should have presented me with a more detailed bill. Work was completed correctly but absence of bill concerned me. Cost seemed high, but they did shop for me, so that was probably figured in.

He was prompt and professional

He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick. He called me right back when I contacted him. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He guaranteed his work by saying if what he did for some reason didn't work he'd come back. I asked for his cards to share with friends and he gave them to me.

The work that was done was good but was not completed .I am waiting for them to return as they said they would.They were very courteous and informed. But I need the work completed.

I used Home Adivisor to get information about this repair, and Josh from Extreme contacted me by phone the same day. He repaired my siding that had been blown off in a storm, even replacing a damaged piece that I was not yet aware of, and did it at a lower cost than he had originally quoted me, which was well below what I was expecting to pay in the first place. Happy with results, happy with service, highly recommend.

I had a fence that was in danger of falling down due to damaging winds this winter. They responded immediately with a reasonable estimate and in fact completed the repairs to both the fence and a gate on the day of Christmas Eve. They did very efficient work with a high degree of quality and came in under the estimate with the total cost.

This company was courteous and efficient. They helped me immediately and also outlined other projects they could help me complete. I would highly recommend them!
