Extreme Custom Glass and Mirror

Hired Dwayne to install new glass in our window in the shower & a glass enclosure. We got half of what we hired him to do. He did the window & we paid him for that at install. Once the tile was installed he came to measure for the shower enclosure . He asked for half as a deposit and promptly cashed the check within minutes of leaving our house - he has not been reachable since then. He is very difficult to communicate with and does not respond timely by phone, text, or email. I am not sure we will ever see the shower wall or get our money back.

Dwayne was a friendly, personable, and conscientious glazier who arrived immediately and ready to do the job and then went above and beyond just fixing what we called him out for. We really appreciated the fact that he noticed, pointed out and fixed potential problems on his own and that his glass is made in America. If we have any other needs, we will definitely be contacting him again.
