Extreme Cuts very good customer service came on time and the work they did was remarkable. Hands down one of the best around.

Unfortunately, Extreme Cuts was a poor choice on my part! They were always late, came unprepared, and did a poor job. A couple of examples: 1)Even before I signed the contract, I stressed that my plants were very important to me and that they should be treated gently. I emphasized no mulch should be on top of any leaves. They did a nice job in front. The side yard and backyard were poorly done. I spent hours lifting leaves out of the mulch. 2.The job took way too long to finish! It should have taken two days to complete. They took almost a week! This was a result of their tardiness, lack of manpower, (on 1 or 2 days) and the fact that they lacked the right equipment on day one! Overall, I wasn?t happy with this company. I would not recommend Extreme Cuts for the reasons I listed above.

"Sorry, I was never late. I am a one-man crew running six jobs trying to get everything done we also were talking through the whole time letting them know that we were going to be running a little bit behind not leave the job still got done in a timely fashion and I got hired around her house so if I did a poor job why did I get more work around you. I will be talking to you soon, thanks."
