I have hired dozens of contractors in my life and I believe Ken is the best one I have ever had. He is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and delivers on all his promises (and then some!). I hired him to build a 20x20 covered patio from scratch, and also cut through the exterior brick of my house to install a sliding glass door in my living room. I could not be happier! He also cut and installed baseboards throughout my house after my previous flooring contractor failed to complete his promised job and left me hanging. Not Ken! He is extremely reasonable in price, and his attention to detail may be the best I have ever seen. I recommend you allow plenty of time for him to do his excellent work because it takes time for him to do the job right, but he never cuts corners, and the quality shows. He, like me, is also a former military officer and I respect him even more for his many years of selfless service. Do yourself a favor and hire Ken -- you will be so happy that you did! I hired these guys to demolish a small house in Atlanta, and they did an amazing job. Ken and his crew are professional, and it is obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his company, and the work they do. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.

We hired Ken to rebuild/enlarge our deck, add stairs, and add a screen porch. The result is beautiful. Ken is easy to work with, handles changes in plans well, and does excellent work. He is very knowledgeable and works hard. Our new deck is up to code and very sturdy as well as looking great. His price was less than we had expected. We enjoyed working with him.

We hired Extreme Earthworks to demolish our old farm house located in Canton GA. We didn't know the process, and had no idea what was all involved for a project like this, but he walked us through everything. We felt comfortable with him, we knew that he would take care of us, and we were not disappointed. If Ken is available, we will hire Extreme Earthworks to build our new home as well, and we truly wish him the best in all of his future endeavors.

My experience was very pleasant. I was greeted by the owner himself and he took the time to go thru all details with me step by step of the job that I was having him do. I didn't feel rushed and after our meeting I felt very confident in him and the business handling the job. He was extremely pleasant, professional, organized and just a pleasure to have met him to get this job done. If you are looking for a company that is going to be honest, do the job right; without any delay and stay in contact with you then this is your company. Ken Gouchenour is very knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing and I would definitely have him do work for me if I need anything done again and I highly recommend him to anyone. I have a piece of land in NKY (approximately 1.5 acres) that I needed to clear and level for a new house, shop, and barn, and I was confused about the entire process. I called several different contractors, and they all said I'll come out there within the next couple of days to look it over, but none of them ever came. Finally, I found Extreme Earthworks phone number, and I called them. Within 2 hours after getting off the phone with Ken, he came to my property and walked the entire site with me. He answered every single question I had, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his demeanor. He told me upfront what he could do, and he was very clear about what he could NOT do, but best of all, he promised that he would have a formal estimate back to me by the following morning, and he did. I have seen estimates before, but I was shocked to see how neat and professional his document was, it was very impressive. I didn't fully understand the pricing (it was a lot of money), so I called him and asked him about that. He explained the expenses that go into this type of work, and even suggested that I should get a few more bids before I made any decision. His honesty and condor was amazing, and as a woman, I knew that he was not trying to scam me or take advantage of my lack of expertise on this subject (unlike other contractors that I've dealt with). Long story short, after a few days of thinking about it and doing some research, I decided to go with Extreme Earthworks, and I could not be happier. The project was finished within the amount of time that Ken said it would be, and as far as I could tell, there was not a single misstep or mistake. I should be able to get my new double wide moved in within the next couple of months, and I will be calling Extreme Earthworks back to dig in my Septic and Electrical, along with some other projects when I get the money to do them. I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing.

Overall, it was a great experience, and Kenneth was easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend them.
