Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade

Worst electrician ever. Never showed up when supposed to and was always drunk. Smoked weed and cigarettes in my garage. Charged for used parts. Left wiring exposed in the attic. Did not even try to finish. Always wanted more money even though he only showed up for 3 hours a week. And the best part is he is not licensed in Nevada and California license is suspended.
