They stole $37,265.29 and never built addition. Left me with a foundation.

Very professional from beginning to end of the project. We had Extreme Exteriors replace our 17 yr old wood deck to much bigger and wider wood deck. Finish result is amazing, solid and well crafted.

Chris Rideout he is the owner of the company wanted a down payment in January. He received the down payment and would not give me a start date. The start date was never confirmed. They just showed up one day in April, started throwing things around the yard with a hammer and woke me up. I was never emailed or called saying they would be coming over that day. They constantly left my water hose running. I had to call Chris to tell him turn the water hose off. The top step they painted has little rain pockets of water when it rains. Its from not smoothing the step out when you paint it. I have two globs of paint that dried that way because it was not smoothed out when painted. I asked for a semi gloss and they painted it a matte. I asked for a temporary railing because that evening when I went out I had no railings on either side. They put a temp railing up but I couldnt use it because the upper portion was missing. I couldnt go out to take my trash bags for a week and a half. The two bottom sleeves where higher at the bottom of the steps than they shouldve been. So when this was corrected instead of digging them deeper into the ground which would lower them they would just saw it off at the ends which left part of the metal showing because part of the white was sawed off. So now instead of being burried in the ground they sit above the ground. Because of this my left hand railing is an inch and half shorter than the railing on the right. Chris emailed me he had a few minor corrections to make. I never heard anything else. About a week later David from Home Advisor informed me he agreed with Chris the house looked great and the job was complete. The house looking great was not confirmed close up because no one looked at the job close up. Had they done that there is no way they would have agreed and said the job was complete. This company does not answer their phone. The few times they did contact me about coming over to work they did not show up and the days they did show up they did not call me to tell me they were coming. Very poor communication skills and I would advise anyone that hires them to strongly supervise them. They need strong hands on supervision from the customer. They damaged my gutters on the sides of my roof overhang. I had a half a gutter they did correct but they are very destructive when they work. They damaged the stone in my driveway. No one ever addressed they did that. I found it when I was looking at my driveway before going somewhere. They never did correct it. When they first started this job one of my shingles was knocked off my house and it incorporated a hole which I had to fill with plastic bags. It was raining that night so all I could do was fill the hole with plastic bags and wait upon their return to correct it. They did correct it but whoever did that to my house left my house before correcting it that day and it rained that night.They didnt correct it until the next day. Most companys that make a damage to your property will notify you that they did that and replace it. They didnt. Tread very carefully in the yard if you hire this company because I found roofing nails and cigarette butts. This is just the highlights it doesnt include all my complaints of this experience.

We hired Extreme Exteriors and they were nothing but friendly and prompt. We ve had numerous people stop and ask who did our deck. The crew was kind and the owner won t BS you. Their quote came in mid range on our price and we got a great bang for our buck!

They are one of the best home improvement people you can call, Chris knows all the little details and he makes sure they are done, there is no one I would rather have to work in house than them.
