I hired Extreme Air based on positive reviews here and I was not disappointed. I had three different companies come out to the house, this one truly understood what I wanted done and explained how they would do the work. My job was more complicated, and the installers had to come back a second day and worked over time to complete the furnace installation. Very professional company. I'm sitting in a warm house writing this review.

Very courteous, friendly, understanding, price was very reasonable. Received a call within 2 minutes using Home Advisor Ryan from Extreme Heating came and took measurements to work up a quote. Received the quote within 24 hours liked it and set up an installation date and time. The day of the install received a call stating it will be another half hour due to a emergency call. Derek showed up and by 3 pm our new forced air furnace was installed and old one removed. Called Extreme Heating due to new thermostat reading high and more sensitive. Derek came and relocated the thermostat.

Responded to my online (Home Advisor) inquiry quickly. Great customer service. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Gave pointers and made suggestions to help heating in house. I will use this company again.

On time for appointment and a job well done. Toilet needed to be resealed. Tech checked for any other problems with the toilet, also. Just received the bill and it was probably very normal (everything is high to me on a fixed income though!). I would use their services again!

They were out within a few hours after my old furnace died. The next morning they came back with my new furnace. It was installed and running in just a few hours. The tech that came out first was very professional and explained everything to me. He went over every detail and explained all the costs. The tech that did the install was prompt , cheerful and professional. He explained how to maintain my new furnace and how to change the filters. The office and support staff were very helpful and turned a bad situation into a positive and stress free experience. I will call on them for my future projects.

My furnace went out in the morning, they sent a tech out within a few hours. They are prompt and very professional. I needed a new furnace and they were out first thing the next morning with a new furnace. The tech was great. He was very helpful and explained how to maintain my new furnace. He was very friendly. The support staff at the office were very helpful, cheerful and everyone I dealt with made this bad situation easy and stress free. I will call them again for future projects.

Extremely knowledgeable, very experienced, and actually was able to fix my water heaters instead of replacing them. It was an easy fix and another plumber had come out- he was a young boy, he thought we needed to replace the water heater when all we need to do was replace a valve. You can't beat experience!

We just had our old furnace replaced by Extreme Heating and Air, Eagle River, AK -- yesterday, in fact! The whole process was nothing but a pleasure and a good deal. We sent a query online, and Shane called us within 5 minutes. Super quick! He came out the next day and gave us a quote that, after our checking around, was a good price and we accepted. He let us pick the time to install (we had other things going on). On that day Paul came out and was stellar in his work. Installation involved removing all the 30+ year-old furnace and ductwork and humidifier, etc. and installing all new sheet metal and furnace and everything. Communication all along was super. This was company was GREAT! It was a pleasure and so easy to deal with them. AAA+ in our book, and we would use them again and recommend them to friends.

A great experience all the way through the process from my initial conversation with Shane who spent alot of time explaining options to me to the install day. The two person crew (the plumber who put in the Navian hot water system and the American Standard Platnium ZV furnace installer) worked together well and put in a very long day to get the job done. Shane checked on the work throughout the day and the job passed the city inspection with flying colors. I was pleased and impressed with the quality of the service and the cost which was considerably less than other quotes I received.

Did the work quickly and were properly. Very neat and clean instalation.

They called and canceled their original appointment 30min after they were supposed to be there. I had already left work early to meet them. They then rescheduled for 3 hours later(I understand they are busy). The technician then showed up for the second appointment 90 min late and never called until he was on the way. When he finally got here he didn't know how to work on my boiler! I, yes me the customer had to get the owners manual for it and trouble shoot the system with inputs from the tech. We figured out the problem and he replaced a few parts. Late twice, I did half the work, full price
