They will not return a phone call or make any attempt to schedule a visit to fix horrible construction mistakes. Not worth the extra money, as I was lead to believe. Once he has your money, the service is over! I actually talked to a lawyer about the issue. The lawyer was going to charge $1,000.00 upfront. I got an estimate from a real construction company, and they fixed the issue for about half that amount. I am out an additional $500.00, but I guess that is what I get for dealing with amateurs. Lesson learned.
