Excellent job on the sprinkler repair. They explained why I was having such a major problem with the manifold leaking.

They did an excellent job. They had to do trenches for the sprinkler system install and we were pleasantly surprised by the minimal damage to the lawn. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up the lawn upon completion. They made sure everything worked properly and explained everything about the system, making sure we were completely happy. We would highly recommend this business.

Shay quoted me $3700 for a new sprinkler system and $2350 to repair the existing system. I thought a new system would probably be best since my system is very old. We decided to go the repair route. One problem led to another which led to another, etc. until the cost of the project was $3650. After installation, one of the heads popped off and water was running down the street. I really think he didn't want to do the work required to replace the system. My husband was not happy with me.

Came out within 2 days for initial work which he was paid for....never showed up to finish the job after saying he would multiple times.

We hired Shay to fix a leak in our sprinkler system. He came out to fix the leak and demanded full payment up front prior to fixing the problem. He left stating the leak had been fixed. The leak was NOT repaired and we now have new problems with the system that were not there before. We have contacted Shay many, many times by phone and he will not return our phone calls/messages. I would never recommend this company. Do not use this company!

They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my sprinkler system, and did it very quickly, but I should have asked about prices first, as they are quite expensive.

Very little effort made to restore landscaping after installing lines, cigarette butts and other trash dropped everywhere, some of the sprinkler heads (pop up out of ground) were covered and some lines are exposed that should have been buried. A leak was discovered, but they came back in a few days after notification and repaired it. I am facing additional expense and many hours of work to repair my flagstone walk way and other areas affected.

The person who contacted me, the owner Shay, was very helpful. Didn't try and over-sell. I had an existing system that I needed help analyzing.

Did an outstanding job and was the best price. The only con I have is didn't do to good of a job cleaning up after completion of the job.
