Exxell Contracting

I hired Gordon Lee as a HUD Consultant for Home Improvement/Remodel. He was supposed to inspect the projects, make sure contractors were licensed, ensure work was properly completed. The GC didnt list his subs on permit, the HVAC sub wasnt licenced & the foundation was never leveled. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I want to say Thank you to Mr. Gordon Lee for making it right. When I first hired them, they sent an employee who didn't do a very good job, and was rude to my girlfriend, even called her some ugly names. She made a complaint and Exxell Exxteriors where quick to respond and fix the problem..Mr Lee himself came to see the bad repair and agreed, it needed to get fix correctly. Not only did they fix it right, they went above and beyond. So, a bad start turned out to be a great ending! Thank you Mr. Lee!

NSPR TT Monica her and her partner Carlos Gutierrez hired Exxell to help correct a bad dry wall project that was done on their condo to get ready to sell. When Monica returned she notices that the work was not that great. She said that she tried to contact the company and she did speak to David Crandell who did the work. He basically yelled at her and told her that Carlos was satisfied with the work and he signed off on it. There is not a sign off by anyone that the work was okay. She has text showing how David was not willing to work with her. She said she tried reaching someone at the office and did not hear anything. Called Gordon and he was aware of the issue and said that they did try reaching out but they had not heard from her. He confirmed that David does work with him and claimed he does amazing work. He is going to have his wife call Monica.
