My experience with this service was negative. Nick & Melissa from EyeDia assured me that my house would be cleaned bi-weekly. First cleaning happened as scheduled and was done well. However, nobody showed up during the next scheduled appointment. I was told that the cleaning lady was sick, and the appointment was moved to the following week. Nobody showed up again. When I called Nick, he acted surprised and told me he would call me back in 30 minutes, but never called back. I spent two weeks leaving numerous messages & e-mails for Nick & Melissa, but they didn�t return my calls. I ended up cleaning the house myself. Worst service ever!

This service did not meet my expectations. I had drywall dust throughout the house. After the cleaning I returned home to find. 1. Bathroom shower doors had not been cleaned 2. Furniture was not vacuumed 3. Scratches on the Living Room hardwood floors. 4. A white film of something on all of the blinds, kitchen and bedroom floor. 5. Dust under the Couch. I could go on but I am sure you get the message. Don't pay these people until you inspect the work.

"This was a very difficult post construction cleaning. Sometimes drywall dust needs several stages of removal. We responded to the client's concerns and corrected the situation immediately. We also added tasks on our response call that were not even asked for. That is why we offer a service guarantee that will always be honored."

Because of many rainy days, Nick had to reschedule but kept me informed along the way. He called before he came to verify that I'd be home and worked steadily for about 6 hours leaving our windows sparkling. He also got the dirt out of the grooves where the window tops and bottoms meet. Nick was very professional and courteous and I would definitely use him again.

I was very pleased with the cleaning that was done at my home. The kitchen and the bathrooms just sparkled. The lady that came to my home was very professional and really made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction.
