TheEye spy inspections came out while we were in another city, and did a very thorough inspection. We received a detailed report with photos in the email.They found several issues that we’d overlooked, and we are very pleased with the service and professionalism of the company . If we ever purchase another home or know someone that need an inspection, we will definitely recommend them for the job

Inspector was on time, very thorough and professional. The only advice I have to future clients is, make you know how much you will be charged. The Home Adviser site gave a range of $300-380 and the actual charge was $430. I do not hold this against the inspector as we did not discuss price and I make the assumption that the website was accurate. I would highly recommend this inspector.

Did not know that with the $285 there was an additional $100 for termite inspection. Would have liked to have known at the outset. However, the verbal report was educational and informative and Danny 'bottom lined' the issues. The followup written report with pictures confirmed, further informed, reaffirmed the findings and documented everything he said. He likely saved me from a disastrous money pit!

I am so glad we used Eye Spy to inspect the home we were going to purchase. Mr Young's inspection was extremely helpful in our decision. His inspection and report with recommendations was above and beyond what I expected. His in depth inspection and attention to detail saved us from purchasing a home that was in need of a plumbing overhaul. We would not have known this if Mr. Young would not have found some plumbing issues and recommended a plumber's professional advice.

After moving in we found that the upstairs was so unlevel that we had to put a board under one side of the furniture to make it level. We also found that the flooring in the living room had a split about four feet long and half inch apart. Toilets and faucet leak. One of the three aircondition does not work. Out of five fans three of them do not work. The ice maker in the bar area does not work. In the attic and in cabinets rat droppings. Some of the things are minor but when I pay three hundred thousand for a home I did not expect to have to invest another fifty thousand in repairs!

Eye Spy is the BEST! We hired Danny & Shane to do an Inspection & WDI report on an estate sale house we'd put an offer on. The guys met us at the property for our scheduled appointment ready to go! Post-inspection we withdrew our offer, Eye Spy's inspection revealed the house was uninhabitable, an electrical nightmare, w/ water damage, MOLD, wood rot, garage attic rats, drainage issues -- $$ in repairs. We soon put a bid on another house & called Eye Spy. This Inspection and WDI report determined the 2nd house was safe & sound! Thanks, Danny & Shane!
