EZ 911 Termite Control

They RIPPED me off! And now I have to take them to small claims court. Henry Castro, the owner, has not even bothered to call or try to make it right. We had a local termite company do an inspection on a home we were purchasing. They offered to do it for less. They came out and did less than 25% of the items on the list. We called them about it and they came out a 2nd day a did a little bit more work and the work they did obviously was not correct and was incomplete. They were supposed to reinforce the cross beams. They nailed shorter boards to the rotting wood. Why in the world they thought that would do anything is beyond me. They did not replace 2 of the main beams and failed to secure the handrail and whole host of other items including treating fungus and mold. They also did not replace part of the facia boards that was also on the original report. Beyond that, they painted on our concrete with no tarp and spilled paint everywhere that will not come off. This is permanent and will not come off without replacing the concrete. We also had a nice ladder that **mysteriously** went missing during the time they were on the premise. We had our agent contact them numerous times about getting reimbursed for the work they did not complete. I had to hire the original company to come back out and fix what they failed to do. The owner knows we had grievances and to this day has not given us even a dollar back. Terrible company... unless, you want to get ripped off.

They do good work! I recommend them to anyone!

They're very thorough and got rid of our problem!
