Called the evening before to confirm. He came out, had to go buy a tool to work on the issue and then left without confirming it was fixed. I texted him after to let him know it was not fixed, it was still not draining correctly. HE called me and said he would be back out to fix it. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still have a non functional washing machine drain and he was paid and I tipped when he left because he assured me it was fixed. I am very unhappy with the service I received.
