Ezequiel Rotstain Design & Fabrication specializes in designing and fabricating modern furniture and fine cabinetry. Ezequiel Rotstain began making furniture in 1978 while studying Architecture in Brazil. In 1984, he moved to the United States and pursued a degree in Interior Design. He opened his design studio in Miami Beach in 1994 and focused on designing and building furniture. After 12 successful years in Miami, Ezequiel Rotstain relocated to New York City in 2005 where he created Ezequiel Rotstain Design and Fabrication, LLC. Building one piece at a time, paying attention to detail and carefully producing extraordinary furniture are the foundations of the company

Ezequiel built a custom bookcase exactly to my specifications, and sent me a scaled drawings to show me how the finished product would look. He also suggested a cut-out to allow for a molding near the bottom of the bookcase, which I had not thought of and was a good idea. The materials were also excellent, including a beautiful piece of cherry wood for the top of the case. The installation also came off without a hitch.

Ezequiel built a beautiful white wood bedroom set for my daughter. He was efficient, reliable, and worked in a timely manner. His designs were beautiful and fit perfectly into the unique space requirements of the room. He is great to work with and he kept me updated as he progressed with the project. I would definitely recommend him for any project and I hope to use him again in the future.

Ezequiel designed a beautiful custom bench/bookcase for our loft space in Soho as well as a custom room-divider/bookcase. I shared with him images from design magazines as well as a picture of a designer furniture piece I wanted in wood, and he was able to execute both beautifully and uniquely for the loft space. He was communicative and very friendly to work with. I would recommend him immensely! He is a true craftsman: reliable, detailed, and professional.

Ezeqiel did a fabulous job on the work he did for my apartment. It is beautiful, and has held up well. The project took considerably longer than expected and that was frustrating at the time. With hindsight though, I am very happy with the way everything looks and would recommend him highly (as long as you do not have a firm deadline in mind).

He is delightful to work with and the built in fire drawers he made are lovely. He had to match a preexisting (old) color and he did it well. We knew what we wanted but he made useful suggestions. The project took a few weeks longer than he had said originally, but only a couple of weeks.

Tops in all he did for me. I am thrilled with his work, it was perfect. He was nice took his time, gave me suggestions for the work, extremely careful in his work. When he is here he is just wonderful. Everyone that has seen his work, just loves what he does.
