Kendrick was polite and considerate. When he saw I was wearing a mask, he put his on. He knew quite a bit about mice and their habits. Also, he was very thorough in looking around the outside of the house and plugging up possible entry points. The day after he left, his traps successfully caught 2 mice. His price was reasonable. While they were late for the appointment, they called me early to let me know they worked be late and gave me a new estimated time. I've had too many other contractors just leave me in the dark until after my appointment time. The service provided was prompt and we haven't seen any ants in the house since.

When you deal with Ezer Pest Control, your are working with the owner Kendrick, directly. Previous to hiring Kendrick, I called several other big name companies. When the techs would call back, they seemed to have little knowledge of pest issues. Some told they would call back, and never did. Kendrick takes his time and explains everything. He is on-time, courteous and a joy to work with. We had a ground bee issue that he addressed. We also had a whole house insect barrier treatment performed. I was surprised when he included our garage as well! I highly recommend Kendrick and will use him in the future.
