He called promptly, kept his appointment, was polite, and even took his shoes off when he came into the house. He did a really good job!

The technician, Brandon, showed up on time and fixed my electrical problem very quickly!

I hired them to install 3 GFI and one bathroom heater/fan/light ( Combo). He installed GFI well and on time. When he installed Bathroom heater, he showed his colors. He asked me another $200.00 to install specific switch for heater. I told him you agreed to a certain price , why would I pay more. He became rude and said "You have not signed any agreement" I had a verbal agreement. Then goes on and says rudely I will install the switch and you will get invoice. I told him I will pay what we agreed to. I talked to the customer service and they agreed with the original price. He could not complete the work first day which was fine but then he kept on postponing for one or the other reason for several weeks. When I called customer service if they had another electrician to complete the work, they declined and said they had only one electrician. Customer service told me if I was not satisfied with their service I could go to another company. How could I hire another person when only thing left was to install proper switch.That means I had to pay another person. At the end Company gave me a credit of $50.00 for their poor service which I did not expect and even did not want. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY WORK. IF YOU DECIDE, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WRITTEN AGREEMENT. DO NOT TRUST THEM ON THEIR VERBAL GUARANTEES.

The electrician did an excellent job. He spent extra time installing a ceiling fan using an alternate path because our furnace placement made it impossible to go from the attic. He did a great job putting the drywall back so no insulation would fall through. He insisted on cleaning up afterwards even though I said I d take care of it. I highly recommend this company.
