Didn t want to write a contract, then tried to upcharge after not even finishing the job correctly. Had to have repair of a repair, and then they asked for more money. They even billed again multiple times when I refused to pay more than the price agreed upon originally for the correct repair.

Easy to work with. Huge help in getting the best result from the terrain and in the location we have. Didn't end up with our original plan - got something much better and fitting what was most important to us. So glad I went with this contractor! We couldn't be happier with the result!
